Which platforms can you buy from?
Taobao, Weidian and 1688 only. Most anime merch on other marketplaces is sourced from these three anyway — buying at the source is usually cheaper. Platforms like Amazon, Shopee or AliExpress are not supported.
Can I check my items before they ship?
Yes. Every item gets free QC photos when it arrives at our warehouse, so you can inspect the actual product before it goes into your parcel. If something looks wrong, you can raise it before shipping.
Do I have to pay customs or import tax?
That depends on your own country’s rules and the parcel’s value — any import duty or tax is normally paid by you when the parcel arrives. We can’t predict the amount; check your local customs regulations.
How much is shipping?
